Flashback to 2017 and our first 'official' VFit photo shoot with my kids and small group of local VFitters!

Back then, I had no idea just where this would all go.

All I knew, is that I was a mom and truly wanted to do all I could to take care of my health but I couldn't figure out how to make working out work out.

So I brainstormed and started online training a few one on one clients back in 2015 then started online group fitness classes through VFit Studio 9 years ago this week!

Time sure does fly. Looking back at pictures like this really brings in a ton of perspective.

These kids are now 9 and 11! My third, Miss Kinley, wasn't even born yet.

We've had so much life happen, with VFit being the common bond throughout.

As we celebrate 9 years together so many member stories have come through. Women who've gone through marriages, divorce, cancer, loss of loved ones. Through those highs and lows, thankfully through VFit, they've been able to maintain their self care and have had the strong backbone of our community to lean on for support.
