Rachele is the founder of VFit Studio.

Rachele's a visionary fitness leader whose journey from the bustling Bay Area of California to the serene beauty of the Eastern Sierra Mountains is a testament to her resilience and determination to embrace a life of health and wellness.

Rachele's path to fitness was born out of personal struggle and triumph.

Faced with challenges in starting a family, Rachele found solace and empowerment through exercise.

What began as a journey to reclaim control over her body evolved into a profound love affair with fitness, as Rachele discovered the transformative power of movement as a form of self-care and self-love.

Driven by a desire to create a fitness solution that combined community, expertise, and convenience, Rachele founded VFit.

Drawing upon her own experiences and struggles, she envisioned a supportive community where individuals could come together to prioritize their health and well-being.

Outside of the studio, Rachele finds joy in a variety of activities, from hiking and paddleboarding to coaching kids' sports and fitness. She believes in the importance of nurturing both body and spirit, whether it's through a leisurely jog on vacation or a refreshing swim.

Rachele's favorite workout song, "Fearless," embodies her bold approach to life and fitness, inspiring others to conquer their fears and pursue their goals with confidence and determination.

Guided by her favorite inspirational quote, "Workout because you love yourself, if you aren’t there yet, begin that journey one step at a time," Rachele encourages newcomers to her class to start their fitness journey wherever they are.

Rachele is all about the importance of consistency, community, and self-care. She shouts it from the mountaintops - literally! - that health care is critical care and everyone is worth investing in themselves.

With certifications in NAFC Personal Trainer, Group X, Nutrition, and Willpower Level 2, Rachele brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge to the VFit team.

Shari is VFit's resident yoda of all things fitness.

Shari is a seasoned fitness enthusiast with deep roots in the heart of Texas. Hailing from Edna, Texas, Shari's journey to fitness began with a childhood immersed in the world of competitive twirling. Her early passion for movement and performance laid the foundation for a lifelong commitment to health and wellness.

Now living in the vibrant city of Austin, Texas, Shari brings her unique blend of athleticism and academic prowess to her role as a fitness instructor.

After completing her studies in English and Kinesiology, Shari found herself

drawn to the transformative power of physical activity not just for the body, but for the mind and spirit as well.

For Shari, fitness is more than just a hobby; it's a way of life.

Whether she's leading a class or exploring the trails of Austin's scenic outdoors, she approaches each workout with enthusiasm and dedication.

Lauren is VFit's energizer bunny!

Lauren is native to California. Born in Southern California and now living in Northern CA, Lauren's journey to fitness began at a young age through her love for sports and staying active. From her childhood days playing sports to her current passion for long distance running, Lauren finds joy, camaraderie, and a sense of purpose in the world of fitness.

For Lauren, fitness isn't just about physical health; it's also a vital part of her mental well-being. Recognizing the importance of cross-training, she embraced the opportunity to strengthen her body and enhance her running performance when she first joined VFit as a member.

Lauren was introduced to the VFit community by her sister back in 2018. She was looking for a convenient yet effective way to stay fit, particularly after welcoming her third child. It wasn't long before she was hooked by the supportive atmosphere and decided to become a trainer herself in 2020, driven by her genuine passion for teaching and empowering others.

Beyond VFit Studio's online classes, Lauren's interests are as diverse as her fitness routine. From coaching her children's sports teams to indulging in her love for reading, traveling, attending concerts, and spending quality time with family and friends. Lauren basically does it all!

When it's time to break a sweat, Lauren finds motivation in the pulsating beats of "Can't Hold Us" by Macklemore. But it's not just about the music; it's about the mindset. Inspired by the words of Brené Brown, Lauren believes in the transformative power of showing up, of being a little braver each time.

As a Group Fitness Instructor, Lauren's advice to newcomers echoes her own journey: "Don't worry about what you can and cannot do, just have fun moving your body."

She encourages members to embrace the process, reminding them that progress is about consistency and resilience, not perfection.

With Lauren leading the way, every class becomes an opportunity to explore, grow, and thrive, one workout at a time.

Lindsay M is VFit's instructor that can literally teach every format we offer, from dance, to yoga, circuit and everything in between.

Lindsay grew up in Montana and Florida and now lives in scenic haven of Gardnerville, NV. Lindsay's passion for fitness was ignited by the guidance of Kathy Dolan at Snowcreek Athletic Club, where she found inspiration in yoga and boxing classes.

Driven by her desire to share her love for movement with others, Lindsay started on her teaching journey after stepping in to cover a class for Kathy. This pivotal moment led her to obtain her first certification in yoga, setting the stage for her career in fitness instruction.

Lindsay's path crossed with VFit during her time teaching in Mammoth, CA, where she connected with Rachele, the founder of VFit. After experiencing the supportive community and dynamic classes at VFit, Lindsay knew it was the perfect fit for her, especially after the birth of her son, Emmett. Transitioning to online fitness was a natural progression and allowed for Lindsay to continue her passion for teaching while balancing and enjoying motherhood.

Outside of the studio, Lindsay finds joy in a bunch of varied activities, from skiing and paddleboarding to hiking and camping. She thrives in nature, surrounded by loved ones, and finds solace in the rhythm of movement and connection.

With an eclectic taste in music, Lindsay's favorite workout song, "I Can't Get No Satisfaction" workout mix, fuels her box and cardio sessions, while "TNT" by ACDC amps up her strength training sessions.

Guided by the words of Art Williams 'I'm not telling you it's going to be easy, I'm telling you it's going to be worth it,' Lindsay encourages newcomers to her class to embrace the journey, reminding them that while it may not always be easy, it will undoubtedly be worth it. She emphasizes the importance of listening to one's body, finding their rhythm, and staying positive throughout the process.

Equipped with an impressive array of certifications, including 875 hours of yoga therapy specializing in Ayurveda and Yin, as well as Adaptive Yoga Level I & II and SUP Yoga, Lindsay brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her classes.

For Lindsay, VFit is more than just a fitness platform; it's a vibrant community that fosters connections, support, and motivation. She cherishes the camaraderie and accountability that VFit offers, making workouts not only effective but enjoyable. Grateful for the opportunity to be a part of such a dynamic community, Lindsay looks forward to inspiring and empowering others on their fitness journey.

Maria's been by Rachele's side since their girls (now 11) were babies and they met at a mom's group in Mammoth, California. They spent their maternity leave hiking the Eastern Sierra and bonding over their love of nature, adventure, and self care.

Maria grew up in New Hampshire but since college, has lived all over the country with her family. Her youth was filled with team sports which started her passion for fitness.

Outside of leading classes in VFit Studio, Maria finds joy in a variety of activities, from sailing and skiing to spending quality time with her family and working in her yard.

Maria's favorite workout song, "Seven Nation Army" by the White Stripes, never fails to pump her up and energize her workouts, infusing her sessions with an extra dose of motivation.

Guided by her favorite inspirational quote, "If it's to be, it's up to me," Maria empowers newcomers to her class to take ownership of their fitness journey.

Her advice to first-timers is simple: the hardest part is starting. She encourages them to take that first step, even if it's just for a few minutes, and to trust in the process of gradual progress and growth.

With her certification from NASM as a Personal Trainer, Maria brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her classes. Her dedication to helping others achieve their fitness goals, combined with her warm and supportive demeanor, makes her an invaluable asset to the VFit community.

Lindsay B is known as Coach B at VFit and beyond.

Lindsay is an all around amazing athlete, coach, and trainer whose journey from Winthrop, Washington to her current home in Mammoth Lakes, CA matches her huge energy.

Growing up, Lindsay's parents - who also VFit - instilled in her a love for movement. The family hiked, biked, ran, swam, skiied, and more all together growing up and continue to do so even today.

Lindsay's dedication to fitness is fueled by her belief in the power of morning workouts to invigorate her for the day ahead. It's this commitment to health and wellness that led her to discover VFit.

Lindsay and Rachele, the founder of VFit, crossed paths at their local gym through the willPower Method class. Both were instructors in this unique format and found that they shared many similar views on health.

Beyond her role as a VFit instructor, Lindsay finds joy in tons of activities, from biking and skiing to swimming and cooking. Lindsay jumps at every opportunity she can get to move her body and nourish her soul.

When it comes to her favorite workout tunes, Lindsay finds inspiration in the raw energy of artists like Elle King and Morgan Wallen. For her, music is not just background noise but a driving force that propels her through each workout session.

Lindsay's philosophy towards fitness is wrapped up in her favorite quote, "Work Hard, Play Hard." She believes in the transformative power of perseverance and encourages our members to keep pushing forward, even when the journey gets tough.

As a certified US Ski and Snowboard Coach Level 300 and Professional Ski Instructors of America Level 3, Lindsay brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role at VFit. Her background in alpine skiing, mountain biking, strength and conditioning, and swimming reflects her multifaceted approach to fitness.

Above all, Lindsay wants VFit members to see themselves as athletes, driven by a shared commitment to movement and mental resilience. She believes that just as athletes work towards their goals, so too do VFit members, and she's dedicated to helping them achieve their fullest potential, one workout at a time.

Leslie is an original VFit trainer who's been with the studio since we opened in 2014.

Leslie grew up in Suffolk, VA, and now calls Morehead, KY home. Her passion for fitness has been a lifelong pursuit, starting from an early age. thers on their fitness journeys.

When Leslie isn't leading a class, you can find her trail running, mountain biking with her family, paddleboarding, or enjoying any activity that gets her outside and into nature.

Trainer Leslie's favorite workout tunes come from the 90s alternative genre, which keeps her motivated and energized.

Her favorite quote? "If you think you can’t, change your mind," by Denis Morton. This quote really nails Leslie's belief in the power of mindset and determination.

Leslie's advice for newcomers is simple yet powerful: "Just show up! If you’re moving, you’re doing it, even if you’re doing something different than everyone else in class." She encourages everyone to embrace their own pace and progress, emphasizing that movement itself is a victory.

Leslie holds a Group X certification and is dedicated to creating a supportive community and fostering a love for movement in all its forms.

Janelle brings her love of strength and grace to every VFit class.

Janelle wasb orn and raised in the high desert where her passion for fitness all began with her experiences in competitive team sports growing up.

Recognizing the transformative power of community and the positive effects it had on her body and mind, Janelle fused her hobby into her lifestyle and is dedicated to helping others achieve their fitness goals.

Janelle's path to VFit was paved by an invitation from her incredible cousin, Rachele, whose passion for fitness and unwavering support inspired Janelle to join the VFit community. Since then, she has become an integral part of the VFit family, sharing her expertise and enthusiasm for fitness with members from all walks of life.

Outside of VFit's zoom screens, Janelle finds joy in a variety of activities, from leisurely bike rides with her husband to scenic hikes, social walks, and quality time spent with loved ones as an auntie. She embraces opportunities to learn new things, whether it's mastering the art of sourdough bread baking or diving into a good book. Janelle's love for fitness extends beyond VFit classes, as she enjoys participating in cycle classes and staying active even while on vacation.

When it comes to her favorite workout song, "Overflow" by Switch sets the perfect tempo for her fitness routines, energizing her workouts and fueling her passion for movement.

Inspired by the words of Proverbs 31:17, 'She dresses herself with strength and makes her arms strong,' Janelle embodies strength and resilience, empowering her students to harness their inner strength and reach their full potential. For newcomers attending her class for the first time, Janelle offers valuable advice: "Listen to your body, and start where you are at." She encourages participants to honor their bodies' needs and communicate openly with her to ensure a safe and effective workout experience.

With her certification in NAFC Group Fitness, Janelle is equipped with the knowledge and expertise to guide her students on their fitness journey, providing personalized support and encouragement every step of the way.

Erin holds down the EBC for with trainer Leslie for our East Coast crew.

Erin grew up in Cleveland and continues to live in Ohio with her family. Erin's love for movement blossomed when she was in high school, where she discovered the joy and benefits of staying active.

Erin's path to fitness instruction with VFit Studio was paved by Trainer Christine, whose friendship and inspiration got her to start taking classes with us and becoming a trainer on our team.


Erin loves yoga, strength training, and the simple pleasure of walking.

Erin believes in the power of movement to not only strengthen the body but also to nourish the soul.

When it's time to sweat it out, Erin's favorite workout song, "Murder on the Dance Floor," sets the perfect tempo for her fitness routines, infusing her workouts with energy and excitement.

Inspired by the words of Ralph Waldo Emerson, Erin's favorite inspirational quote reminds us to seize the beauty and potential of each day: "Give every day the chance to be the most beautiful day of your life."

For newcomers attending her class for the first time, Erin offers sage advice:

With certifications as a Certified Yoga Instructor and Certified Barre Instructor & Group Fitness, Erin brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her classes.

Whether she's guiding students through a restorative yoga session or leading them in a dynamic strength training workout, Erin's dedication to helping others achieve their fitness goals shines through in every class.

Ceci is VFit's original dancing diva.

Ceci has led hundreds to embrace dance at VFit Studio, many who thought they had two left feet and coudn't dance.

Her enthusiasm for dance comes from a lifelong passion for movement and expression. Originally from Tennessee, Ceci's journey took her to California, where her love for dancing was ignited at the young age of four. Since then, she's been captivated by the art of movement, embracing various forms of physical activity as a means of self-expression and vitality.

Now calling Central Oregon home for the past eight years, Ceci's introduction to VFit came through a serendipitous recommendation from her boyfriend's mother, who was already a dedicated Vfitter. Intrigued by the opportunity to explore new avenues of fitness, Ceci dove headfirst into the VFit community and hasn't looked back since.

Outside of her fitness endeavors, Ceci finds joy in a diverse array of activities, from the graceful and gravity-defying art of pole dancing to the tranquil solitude of fly fishing and the exhilarating rush of downhill skiing.

When it's time to break a sweat, Ceci's current favorite workout song, "Provenza" by Karol G (Sistek remix), sets the perfect rhythm for her cardio dance sessions, infusing her workouts with energy and excitement.

While Ceci doesn't have a favorite inspirational quote, she offers valuable advice to newcomers attending her cardio dance class for the first time. She encourages them to let loose, have fun, and embrace the learning process, assuring them that with each session, they'll become more comfortable and confident with the choreography. And if her teaching style doesn't quite resonate, she encourages them to explore other instructors until they find the perfect fit.

With her extensive background in fitness, including a BS in Exercise Physiology and certifications in NAFC Group X and Xpert Pole Levels 1&2, Ceci brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her classes. Whether she's leading a cardio dance session or guiding students through a pole dancing routine at her local studio, Ceci's enthusiasm and dedication to her craft shine through, inspiring others to move, groove, and embrace the joy of fitness.

Kristyna brings ZUMBA to VFit every week.

Kristyna is a passionate fitness instructor whose roots in the Pacific Northwest have grounded her love for movement and community. Born and raised in the PNW, Kristyna still calls this lush and vibrant region home, finding inspiration and solace in its natural beauty.

Kristyna's journey into fitness began unexpectedly, sparked by a serendipitous encounter during a step aerobics class. Intrigued by the energy and rhythm of Zumba, she took her first class and was instantly hooked. Little did she know that this moment would mark the beginning of a lifelong passion for dance fitness.

Through the challenges of quarantine in March 2020, Kristyna found herself drawn to VFit, seeking a sense of connection and community during uncertain times. Since joining VFit, she has embraced the opportunity to share her love for Zumba with members from all walks of life, infusing each class with infectious energy and enthusiasm.

Outside of VFit's Zoom classes, Kristyna finds joy in spending time with her family and cheering on her favorite baseball team. Whether she's dancing in class or enjoying a day at the ballpark, Kristyna cherishes every moment spent with loved ones.

While not a traditional workout song, "Cover Me in Sunshine" by Pink is a constant presence in Kristyna's mind, uplifting her spirits and infusing her days with warmth and positivity.

Guided by her favorite inspirational quote, "Allow yourself the opportunity to get uncomfortable,"Kristyna encourages newcomers to her class to let go of their inhibitions and embrace the journey of self-discovery and growth. Her advice? Have fun and keep smiling—because when you're having fun, fitness doesn't feel like work.

With certifications in Zumba, Zumba Gold, Zumba Kids, and Zumba Toning, Kristyna brings over 13 years of teaching experience to her classes. Her dedication to her craft and her genuine passion for dance fitness shine through in every session, inspiring others to move, groove, and embrace the joy of movement.

Christine is our first trainer from the midwest - uniting our West and East coast teammates.

She grew up on the golf coureses of Souther Caliornia and moved to Ohio with her husband in 2006.

Christine's family is very active in 'all the sports' and enjoys being active herself, getting in workouts early in the morning with the EBC crew before the day begins.

Christine believes we all have amazing potential to reach our goals and enjoys watching as people realize what they’re capable of. It's all about that journey that brings her the most joy.

Her favorite quote is: "Exercise is not a punishment, it’s a celebration of what you’re capable of!"

Christine holds a NAFC certification in group fitness and uses this background to create and run her unique mix of classes here at VFit for the EBC early bird crew.
