Happy November, everyone!

This new month is a fresh start, a clean slate, and a perfect time to dive into goals we may have been putting off. November brings the excitement of the holiday season, but it can also feel overwhelming, making it super easy to kick our self-care routines to the curb and leave them there until the New Year.
