Mother’s Day always brings a moment of pause for me—because, in so many ways, this day is woven into the very roots of VFit Studio.

When I started VFit over 10 years ago, I was a young mom with little ones at home, navigating the beautiful chaos of early motherhood. Like many new moms, I found myself stretched thin—trying to do it all while somehow finding time for myself. I knew that staying active and taking care of my body and mind wasn’t a luxury—it was a necessity. But carving out time to leave the house, get to a gym, and commit to hour-long workouts? That just wasn’t realistic anymore.

So I started looking for something different. Something that worked with my life, not against it. And when I couldn’t find the right fit—I built it.

That’s how VFit Studio was born: from a real need, a real season of life, and a real desire to make wellness more accessible, flexible, and uplifting for busy women.

What started as a simple solution has since grown into a vibrant community—one that has served hundreds of moms, grandmothers, and even great-grandmothers over the past decade.

And what a privilege that’s been.
