Schedules, plans, routines ... it can all really take up most of our time, leaving for very little else.

Less freedom or time to think outside the box.

But it's hard. Stepping away is really hard. All the things you juggle all need juggling while you are gone. You have to lean into your family and know they have you covered to allow for you to have the space to do so.

The first time we stepped away for a retreat we had all the feelings.

Excitement. Guilt. Fear. Guilt. Curiousity. More guilt.

But then we took that leap, we said yes, and we went all in!

We allowed for ourselves to choose to take out several days and immerse ourselves in a retreat and we have never looked back.

When you give yourself that time to really pull away from everything and immerse yourself in a retreat experience it's such a special gift.

We've been so blessed to be able to host our own in person retreats for the last several years at Big Rock Resort in June Lake, California.

Our retreats have brought to together members from across the country year after year.

Our itineraries range each year, but we hold onto some of the same special events. We hike, dance, paddle board, do yoga, cooking classes, gratitude circles, vision boards ...

It's such a transformative experience to be lucky enough to share.

And each time I'm able to make it happen, I never know what to expect or what I'll get out of it.

But what I do know, is when I return HOME, I return more fully self aware. At peace. Centered. Ready to embrace what's next and know I have the personal power (plus an army to support me!) to achieve my dreams.

That's pretty special stuff.

It's not easy to do, but it's oh so worth it if you can just make it happen.
