At VFit, we believe in honoring the seasons of life — and that for sure includes embracing change.
We totally get it: change can feel scary. Even when your current routine isn’t quite working anymore, stepping outside of what’s familiar can feel overwhelming.
Here's something we've learned through the last 10 years here at VFit: growth can't happen in your comfort zone.
And your body knows it.
Our bodies crave variety. They thrive when challenged. They become more resilient, more energized, and more powerful when we introduce something new. That’s why change — even small change — is such a huge part of your wellness journey.
This past week we introduced a whole lot of change at our studio with 4 new class formats that we wove into our schedule.
At first we weren't sure how it would pan out, but we went with our gut, knowing we believed in the power of change and of focusing our efforts and guess what?!
The feedback pouring in is HUGE!
Our members appreciated the shakeup and trying out new formats, and their bodies felt it, too. Members that have been super consistent felt all sorts of 'good sore' due to the changes.
Have you been afraid of change recently?
Maybe it’s trying a new format you haven’t yet explored.
Maybe it’s taking a class with a new trainer.
Maybe it’s simply showing up on a day you normally wouldn’t.
Whatever it is, we encourage you to push your edge this week.
Not to be perfect, not to prove anything — but to remind yourself just how capable and adaptable you are.
Because here at VFit, we’re not just building stronger bodies.
We’re building stronger women — from the inside out.
So take a deep breath, step out of your comfort zone, and give yourself the gift of growth.
You never know what new strength is waiting to be discovered on the other side.
