Take a few minutes today to plan your workouts.

Not a full overhaul.
Not a perfect schedule.

Just a simple plan.

Because even 2–3 workouts in a week can make a huge difference in how you feel—physically and mentally.


Why Planning Ahead Matters

When your week gets busy, workouts are often the first thing to fall off.

Not because you don’t care…
but because you didn’t decide when they were going to happen.

That’s where Set It Up Sunday comes in.
