Fourth Quarter Pep Talk: It’s Never Too Late to Reset
September has come and gone, and here we are stepping into October—the start of the fourth quarter of 2025. Whether that feels exciting or overwhelming, I want to pause and give you a little pep talk.
For many of us, fall and winter can be some of the toughest seasons. The days get shorter, routines shift, and motivation can dip. But I’ve always loved the fire of a fourth quarter. There’s something powerful about a fresh start, even if it’s not January 1st.
Here’s the truth: it’s never too late to reset.
👉 If you’re on a mountaintop right now with your health and wellness—you’ve been consistent, feeling strong, and seeing progress—stop and celebrate. Recognize what’s working, and keep leaning into those wins.
👉 If you’re feeling like the year has flown by and you’re behind, take heart. You’re not alone. A new quarter brings fresh energy and a chance to regroup, refocus, and take small steps toward where you want to be.
The key is to take inventory, honor what you’ve done well, and then set clear, realistic goals for what matters most right now.
So whether you’re celebrating progress or craving a reset, this is your reminder: you are not too late, and you are not behind. The fourth quarter is your chance to finish the year strong.
