As another school year comes to a close, educators everywhere are taking a well-deserved breath.
For months, you've been pouring into others.

The reality is that many educators spend so much time caring for others that their own health and well-being often take a back seat.
That's why summer presents such a valuable opportunity.
We often hear the phrase, "You can't pour from an empty cup," but educators know better than anyone how easy it is to keep giving even when your cup is running low.
