March 11, 20242 min read

Some Mondays are tougher than others!! Especially with a time change! But we don’t make a #nevermissamonday shirt for nothing 💪💦🙏

Many think you have to be motivated to take action, but the truth is that action proceeds motivation.

So just get moving today in any way you can. Even if you don’t feel like it. I promise you’ll feel better for it and be a brighter light to everyone around you!

Selfcare = critical care!

When the clocks spring forward and we lose an hour of sleep, it can leave us feeling tired. But don't worry! There are ways to feel better. Let's explore three easy tricks to help us feel less tired during daylight saving time.

Sleep Better:

Make your bedroom dark, quiet, and not too warm. Avoid screens before bedtime. Try to go to bed at the same time every night.

Stay Active:

Moving around can help us feel less tired. Try doing activities like walking or yoga for 30 minutes each day. Check out our schedule and book a class to try and help!

Relax Your Mind:

Take breaks to relax. Try deep breathing or listening to calming music. It can help us feel less stressed and more rested.

Daylight saving time might make us feel tired, but we can overcome it! By sleeping better, staying active, and relaxing our minds, we can feel more energized and ready for the day.
