Monday 10/10
3-3:45am - Grind and Ground with Erin: Enjoy this 30 minFull Body Bootcamp workout, which will work your body from head to toe, followed by a 15 minute guided meditation to ground yourself for the week ahead.
6-6:30am - Power of 7 Met Mash Up with Rachele: Join this high energy, interval style class, where you will work through 7 intervals of 7 different moves, over 30 minutes. A powerful way to #NEVERMISSAMONDAY!
6-6:30pm - Manifest Monday w/Shari (OPEN TO ALL) - #CONNECT together through a heart centered, guided meditation led by Shari. Open the space to tune into our hearts, souls and manifest the best out of ourselves in the month to come.
Tuesday 10/11
5:30-6am - Celebrate 7 with Janelle: Start your morning with a 7 min foot massage and finish your workout with 22 rounds of SWEAT!
6-6:30am - Play in Clas Con with Maria’s Epic Playlist: Join Maria for her unique format of Clas Con, which weaves in mobility, cardio, strength and stretching recovery. For this special event class, Maria will choreograph the movements to go the beat of her all time fav workout playlist! Music from Sia, Eminem, White Stripes, Kimbra and more!
8:30-9pm - Yoga Nidra with Lindsay: A special 30 minute Yoga Nidra session. Yoga nidra guides one into a deep state of conscious rest. Yoga nidra works with the autonomic nervous system to move the participant into the parasympathetic state. The rest and digest state. And best of all, you don't need any specific skills to take yoga nidra.
Wednesday 10/12
3-3:30am - Sweat, Smile, Shine & Stretch with Erin: A special 45 minute class! Enjoy this 30 min Circuit class, followed directly by 15 minutes of glorious stretching. Come get your SWEAT, SMILE, SHINE and STRETCH ON!
5:30-6am - Box N Strength with Lauren: The perfect high-energy combo of boxing and cardio strength moves to get your sweat on! A great mind-body class that will challenge you, but also leave you feeling strong and empowered. Can be done all low impact, light weights recommended.
6:30-7:05am - Barefoot Winter Conditioning with Linds. B. : Get ready for Winter! Begin with a 10 min massage to get circulation going and keep feet warm during cold days. Then move on to 20 min of fitness to get your warm blood flowing, strengthen winter movement patterns and work balance for walking on slippery surfaces. Finish with 5 bonus minutes of Core. Barefoot bodyweight class. No shoes nor weights needed.
4-5pm - 60 minute willPower with Rachele : A special 60 minute willPower class. The willPower Method® combines alignment-based movements from Pilates® and yoga with strong, athletic calisthenics and dance principles; this yields a safe, efficient workout for students of all levels. This class is the full-body, barefoot conditioning program that athletes need, and the calorie-burning cardiovascular solution that mind-body practitioners have been searching for. This is a Barefoot class.
5:30-6pm - ZUMBA® w/TONE : ZUMBA® TONING is perfect for those who want to party, but put extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define those muscles! The challenge of adding resistance by using light weights, helps you focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged!
Thursday 10/13
6-6:30am - Love Your Heart cardio blast with Maria: Learn about the different heart rate zones and apply that in real time in this class that’ll take your resting heart rate and slowly bring it up to max, then work intervals throughout while explaining the different benefits and levels of cardiovascular fitness. If you have a My Zone make sure to wear it and sync to the live class so you can be on the big screen with everyone. If you don’t have a My Zone don’t worry, there’s great techniques to help you be able to determine what cardio zone you are in.
4:15-5pm - Connection Corner with Rachele: "Together we Shine Bright". It is time to go deeper with the amazing teammates here at VFit and enhance our health and wellness journey TOGETHER. VFit's "Connection Corner" is a sacred time to share our wins, losses, gratitude and more together in a private, safe and authentic group "chat".
5-5:45pm - Decades DANCE off with Ceci and Linds : Join 2 of VFit's amazing master's of dance, Ceci and Linds as they lead us through ONE epic DANCE OFF spanning different decades!
Friday 10/14
9:45 - 10:15AM Wellness Cafe with Maria and Lauren -Do you have questions you’ve been dying to ask but haven’t had the opportunity to? Are you curious about learning about some of the habits that work for your trainers? Each month Maria and Lauren will have a special theme and also take on your burning questions.
4-4:30pm Line Dance Yeehaw! with Lindsay M - Join Trainer Lindsay M for a special line dancing lineup with some of our favorite line dances. This will also include hits such as the Cupid Shuffle and the Electric Slide. Wear your cowgirl boots if you got 'em!
Saturday 10/15
6:30-7:15am - Extended Full Body Bootcamp with Lauren: Kick off your weekend with a 45 minute Full Body Bootcamp! Working head to toe strength, cardio intervals and balance, and finishing with a special core and stretch session for the last 15 minutes. Get all of your functional fitness plan in this one special class.
7:30 - 9:00 AM VFit 7th Birthday Bash with Rachele, Lauren, Lindsay, Shari, Ceci, Erin AND Janelle: Join your VFit trainers for an epic 90 minute Fit Fest fun galore and raising money for our annual Race for a Cure fundraiser.
Sunday 10/16

5-6:10pm - 70 Minute Release and Restore with Shari:What’s better than 30 minutes of release and restore? 70 minutes! Join Shari for a special release and restore. We will roll the main muscle groups for a full body fascial release.

Hi, I am Rachele, VFit Owner and Creator here to share a little behind the scenes story on how the VFit Studio was created.
As much as I LOVE fitness and working out, I got to a point in life where I wasn’t making self-care a priority.
Ya know, THREE young kids, a business, a husband, a house and everything else called LIFE.
I loved the gym and for many years it was my second home. My gym classes got me out of some pretty tough times and made me a better person in all areas of life.
When I say exercise is my happy medicine, I mean it!
But one day I woke up, looked in the mirror and realized the pep in my step was missing.
I was no longer showing up in life as the best version of me.
Sure, I was still teaching classes regularly and training clients, but I was not doing anything for ME.
I’m not an on-demand, video watching, all alone - worker-outer! I crave a team! It truly brings out the best in my workouts, takes them to the next level and fills my need for human interaction.
Not to mention when you have people to show up for, you will do everything you can to SHOW UP, and well that’s the secret ingredient in all of this.
Showing up.
So what was I to do? The gym was no longer an option.
The stress and 2-hour round trip it took to load up my kids, get someone to watch them, attend my class and then drive all the way home was enough to skip my sessions.
Meanwhile, I was personal training clients around the world online, and the platform I created was working amazingly for my clients.
We would spend 30 minutes training together. We’d schedule a time, we’d both show up and I’d personally guide them through and incredibly effective workout.
It was brilliant and working!
I was determined to design a way to bring this concept to a larger audience and deliver world-class, group fitness classes to homes, offices and hotel rooms of clients across the world.
And VFit Studio was born.
Today, VFit Studio is a thriving platform, changing the lives of its members 30 minutes at a time and it will do the same for you.
