Have you ever had a challenge getting your kiddos to settle down and go to bed? If you answered YES, read on. If no, good for you and please tell us all of your secrets!
Trainer Shari has shared two wind down focused videos that run just over 10 minutes each to guide your little ones to a place of slowing down and turning in for the night.
Put one of these on and let Shari’s calm voice melt away your own stress of getting the kids to bed, and enjoy the relaxation as she brings you all through a wonderful meditation to relax those tired bodies and get ready for bed.
The first video is a child-focused YIN meditation revolving around the classic book “Guess How Much I Love You.” Follow along and let us know how this works for you and your kiddos.
The second video we have to share that will help bring more peace into your home at night is Butterfly Bedtime. And you don’t even need kids to appreciate these, if you are feeling uneasy as you go for rest, hit play on this and it’ll do the trick.
