- Sneak in some me time by hiding in your car. Take extra time for you, wherever you can find it. If hiding in your car or bathroom is the way to do it, go for it! You can take this extra time to check emails, meditate, or just take a pause in the day before you head back inside to your home. – Shari
- Own your weirdness. Do you have an innate NEED to have all counters cleaned up before you can focus at home? If so, own it and take that 10 minutes to clean them off before you start you day so you can focus. Or maybe you gotta have your day written out or you feel frazzled. Own it – take that time to write out your list and feel good the rest of the day you did what fills your cup and gets you going. – Christine
