Shari will teach you a specific set of exercises, poses and specialized techniques using myofascial release. You will be lead you through  safe, effective recovery techniques to ease muscle pain and tension therefore allowing your body to work more effectively and efficiently.  You will leave feeling better both physically and mentally.

* A couple of mid-sized books that you could stack.Optional (Instructor will demo using these supplies, but they are not necessary to complete the training.)
