Join coach Lindsay for this athletic training VFit class geared toward our young athletes or athletes to be.
Open to all ages and all abilities, but geared toward kids 8 and up who are comfortable working with a sports coach.
Stay strong and conditioned for your sport and come enjoy a varied workout.
Youth sports conditioning will focus on agility, strength, core work and flexibility. No equipment necessary although classes might use free weights/dumbbells occasionally.
