Clas Con (short for Classic Conditioning), is an energizing and motivating VFit Studio EXCLUSIVE class.
We will start each class working on mobility, then move on to a mix of strength exercises and cardio drills. Each week will bring a new format and ways to test your body and mind.
We will focus on functional movement, strength conditioning, and cardio in a fun, upbeat and positive VFit way.
No drill sergeants here, but yes, you will find classic conditioning drills like burpees, pushups and mountain climbers.
Suitable for all levels and weights are recommended but not necessary. Modifications and progressions will be shown for each move.
