Ingredients
- 1 Large bell pepper
- 1 Can tuna packed in water
- 1/2 Medium avocado
- 2 Tbsp sour cream or greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp ground mustard
- 2 Tbsp celery chopped
- 1/2 Medium avocado optional garnish

Instructions
- Wash and cut your bell pepper length wise in half. Discard stem and seeds leaving a small bowl of a pepper.
- In a side bowl, combine drained tuna, celery, sour cream and mustard. Combine until well mixed.
- Dish tuna mixture evenly into bell peppers. Garnish with sliced avocado and enjoy.
