Roasted Red Pepper Sauce
  1. Cook ground meat until cooked through and salt and pepper to taste.

Noodles
  1. Begin by making the “noodles” out of the raw sweet potato, using a spiralizer or vegetable peeler, set aside in large bowl.
  2. In a little coconut oil or water, add sweet potato “noodles” and cook until tender but not squishy.
  3. Add sauce and cooked meat over zwoodles (sweet potato noodles) and serve warm.
