Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup rolled oats
- 1 Tbsp hemp seeds or chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp flax seed
- 1 Tbsp buckwheat groats
- 1 Tbsp slivered almonds or nut of choice
- 1 Tbsp mix berries of any choice
- 1/4 Cup banana sliced
- 1/2 Cup almond milk or milk of choice

Instructions
- Combine oats, seeds, flax, and buckwheat groats.
- Add fruit and nuts, and top with almond milk to taste. This dish can be served cold, or warmed up in the colder months.
