SUPERFOOD BOMB SMOOTHIE

This smoothie was created and perfected by one of our favorite teammates and packs just about every nutrient you need. Great as a grab n go breakfast or lunch. You can get creative with what you add in.

Ingredients
  • 1/4 Cup kefir plain
  • 1/4 Cup almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1 1/2 Cup spinach or kale, raw not cooked
  • 1/2 Cup blueberries frozen
  • 1/2 Cup mango frozen
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp flax seed
  • 1 Cup ice if fruit was not frozen. If fruit frozen, use 1/2 cup

Instructions
  1. Layer ingredients in blender in order above. Blend until smooth. You can add more milk or kefir if you would like, to reach desired consistency.
