Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup kefir plain
- 1/4 Cup almond milk or milk of choice
- 1 1/2 Cup spinach or kale, raw not cooked
- 1/2 Cup blueberries frozen
- 1/2 Cup mango frozen
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp flax seed
- 1 Cup ice if fruit was not frozen. If fruit frozen, use 1/2 cup

- Layer ingredients in blender in order above. Blend until smooth. You can add more milk or kefir if you would like, to reach desired consistency.
