Ingredients
- 1 orange juiced, and zest the outer skin (optional for use in marinade)
- 1/4 Cup Coconut aminos tamari or soy sauce would also work
- 2 Tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 Tbsp dried parsley

Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together. Use as marinade and let soak 30 minutes to up to overnight in this before cooking it up!
