Sunshine Marinade

Bring on the sunshine with this citrus marinade. We can't get over how much this simple marinade WAKES UP your protein. This will work well with chicken, pork, beef, portobellos, even veggies and then you could skewer and grill them up.

Ingredients
  • 1 orange juiced, and zest the outer skin (optional for use in marinade)
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut aminos tamari or soy sauce would also work
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 Tbsp dried parsley

Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients together. Use as marinade and let soak 30 minutes to up to overnight in this before cooking it up!
