Ingredients
- 1 Cup almond milk steamed or heated on stovetop
- 1 Tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice see note
- 1 Tbsp organic canned pumpkin
- 1 Cup coffee

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in the blender (cover lid with a towel so hot liquids do not splash out of the top and burn you!) or use an immersion blender. Pour into two mugs and garnish with a little nutmeg.
Recipe Notes
Note 1: If you do not have pumpkin pie spice blend on hand, you can make your own using the following ratios (this'll make more than you need, but trust us, you'll want to have extra on hand for next time!):
- 3 Tbsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp ground ginger
- 2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
Note 2: The coffee can be omitted to make a “steamer.” Simply double the amount of almond milk and the rest of the ingredients to get two cups. If just making it for yourself, follow the recipe exactly and omit the coffee.
