POWER “LARA” BALLS

These are simple to make power balls great for on the go people. Simple grab one, pop it in your mouth and have the perfect mix of carbs, fat and fiber for any task you have to tackle. Kids also love these because of the natural sweetness from the dates. Feel free to get creative with spices and other dried fruit.

  • 1 Cup dates pits removed
  • 1/4 Cup steel cut oats
  • 2 Tbsp almond butter
  • 1/4 Cup shredded unsweetened coconut

Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and bend until desired consistency. You can pulse the dates first and then add other ingredients in. Should form a thick paste, or have some small chunks still left.
  2. Take a tablespoon and form individual balls. Store in the fridge or freezer. Enjoy as needed.
