- 1/2 Cup ice
- 1/2 Cup mix berries frozen
- 1/2 Cup yogurt plain, full fat
- 1/2 Medium banana
- 1/2 Cup rolled oats
- 1 Tbsp raw honey optional, raw
- 1 Cup coconut water or unsweetned coconut milk
- 1 Tbsp protein powder optional

- Place ice and berries in the bottom of blender, and all other ingredients on top. Blend until completely smooth. Serve and enjoy.
