Who says you have to eat your oatmeal with a spoon!? This recipe is perfect for that girl on the go meal, where sipping your breakfast is more realistic than sitting down to eat it. Simple, nutritious and delicious.

  • 1/2 Cup ice
  • 1/2 Cup mix berries frozen
  • 1/2 Cup yogurt plain, full fat
  • 1/2 Medium banana
  • 1/2 Cup rolled oats
  • 1 Tbsp raw honey optional, raw
  • 1 Cup coconut water or unsweetned coconut milk
  • 1 Tbsp protein powder optional

  1. Place ice and berries in the bottom of blender, and all other ingredients on top. Blend until completely smooth. Serve and enjoy.
