- 3/4 Cup coconut water
- 1/2 Medium banana
- 1 Cup spinach or greens of choice
- 1/2 Cup cherries frozen
- 2 Tbsp raw cacao
- 1 Tbsp spirulina
- 1 Scoop protein powder look for least processed and ingredients
- 1/2 Cup ice
