Ingredients
- 1 Cup dried noodles look for brown rice or quinoa noodles if desired
- 1/4 Cup kefir plain and organic, make sure to shake bottle before pouring
- 1/3 Cup cheddar cheese grated, or cheese of choice, grass fed is best
- 1 Tbsp butter grass fed if possible
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- dash black pepper

- Boil noodles and cook to desired doneness. Strain all water. Remove pan from heat (important step so your kefir will not curdle due to high temp in step 2!). Return cooked noodles to pot.
- Add in butter and kefir and stir until butter is melted and kefir is warmed. Then slowly stir in grated cheese and mix until it's well combined.
- Serve while hot. Can be stored in the fridge and reheated as needed. When re-heating, you may need to add more liquid as it can dry up if you are using a grain free noodle. Feel free to get creative and add in extra veggies and protein for added nutrients.
