Just trust us on this. Even if you hate cottage cheese, you'll love these protein packed waffles! You can even mix in berries like blueberries or strawberries for a fun kick of color and antioxidant boost.

  • 1/2 Cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 Cup cottage cheee
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tspn baking soda make sure it's fresh and shake it first!

Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender. This will make two waffles, so double up for sure! Make sure your waffle iron is very hot before adding batter and cook until brownish.

Some fun combos to try include:

1/2 banana, berries, 1/2 tsp of cinnamon, chia, flax, hemp hearts
