INSANELY GOOD STIR FRY SAUCE

This is a fresh and tasty take on an Asian stir fry sauce. Great with veggies, meat or tofu. You can make a large batch and keep on hand, or make as you need it. It has a spicy and tangy flavor that will really enhance your dish to the next level.

Ingredients
  • 1/3 Cup soy sauce tamari or use coconut aminos if looking for a soy-free option
  • 1/4 Cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1/3 Cup water filtered
  • 1 Tbsp raw honey
  • 2 Tbsp almond butter or nut butter of choice
  • 1 Tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 Tbsp garlic minced or crushed
  • 1 tsp red chili pepper optional for spice
  • 2 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger freshly grated ginger root also works

Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan. Heat on low heat and stir frequently. After 10-15 minutes when well heated and mixed, the sauce is ready. You may use fresh on your stir fry or transfer to a glass jar to save.
