Ingredients
- 1/3 Cup soy sauce tamari or use coconut aminos if looking for a soy-free option
- 1/4 Cup rice wine vinegar
- 1/3 Cup water filtered
- 1 Tbsp raw honey
- 2 Tbsp almond butter or nut butter of choice
- 1 Tbsp fish sauce
- 1 Tbsp garlic minced or crushed
- 1 tsp red chili pepper optional for spice
- 2 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger freshly grated ginger root also works

Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan. Heat on low heat and stir frequently. After 10-15 minutes when well heated and mixed, the sauce is ready. You may use fresh on your stir fry or transfer to a glass jar to save.
