- 1 cup almond milk or other milk, heated on stove
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp pure maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1 Cup coffee

- Combine all ingredients in the blender (cover lid with a towel so hot liquids do not splash out of the top and burn you!). You can also use an immersion blender for the same effect. Pour into two mugs and garnish with a little extra nutmeg and cinnamon. *The coffee can be omitted to make a “steamer.” Simply double the amount of almond milk and the rest of the ingredients to get two cups. If just making it for yourself, follow the recipe exactly and omit the coffee.
