- 1 Tbsp salsa
- 1 Tbsp guacamole or sliced avocado
- 1/4 Cup black beans
- 1 Tbsp cilantro fresh, chopped

- Coat a pan with cooking oil and put on the stove burner using high heat.
- Crack the eggs, breaking the yolks. Cook on one side for 50 seconds, or until fully cooked. Scramble a bit to ensure cooked through.
- Top with remaining ingredients.
