This is a staple in our households. We always make up a big batch and use in cooking and on salads. Mustard acts as a binder for the oil and vinegar. No additives needed in this fresh and flavorful dressing.

Ingredients
- 1/3 Cup balsamic vinegar
- 2/3 Cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp dried oregeno
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper

Instructions
- Combine and mix all ingredients in a jar or with an immersion blender. Does not to be refrigerated, but if you do put in fridge, take out and bring to room temperature before serving as the oil will harden in cold temperatures.
