CHOCOLATE CHERRY PROTEIN PANCAKES

These protein pancakes are crepe like and add a nice protein punch with the benefits and cherry and chocolate to help with any sweet cravings you may have!

  • 1 Scoop protein powder optional
  • 1/2 Medium banana mashed
  • 2 Medium eggs
  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 Tbsp almond milk
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 Tbsp dark choco­late chips optional
  • 1/3 Cup cherries frozen
Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 10 minutes

Instructions
  1. Mash banana with almond milk and stir in the rest of the ingredients except the cherries.
  2. Coat pan with cooking spray and heat over medium-low before pouring batter evenly into small circles the size of pancakes.
  3. Cook until you see bubbles rising, and carefully flip over.
  4. Top with warm cherries. This can also be put in a waffle iron for waffles!
