Ingredients
- 1 Scoop protein powder optional
- 1/2 Medium banana mashed
- 2 Medium eggs
- 1 Tbsp cinnamon
- 1/2 Tbsp almond milk
- 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 Tbsp dark chocolate chips optional
- 1/3 Cup cherries frozen

Instructions
- Mash banana with almond milk and stir in the rest of the ingredients except the cherries.
- Coat pan with cooking spray and heat over medium-low before pouring batter evenly into small circles the size of pancakes.
- Cook until you see bubbles rising, and carefully flip over.
- Top with warm cherries. This can also be put in a waffle iron for waffles!
