- 1 Can coconut milk or 1.5 cups of milk of choice
- 1 Medium avocado ripe and pitted
- 1/4 Cup cocoa powder or cacao powder
- 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup add more if desired, but taste it first, 2 Tbsp go a long way!
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- pinch salt
Topppings
- 1 Tbsp slivered almonds
- 1 Tbsp cacao nibs
- 1 Tbsp shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1/4 Cup mixed berries

Instructions
- In a food processor, combine milk, avocado, vanilla, cocoa, maple syrup and salt until creamy and smooth.
- Transfer to ramekins and chill in fridge 3+ hours.
- Add toppings just prior to serving and enjoy!
