These are delicious and need we say more!! Cauliflower, bacon, and cheese all in grain free delicious handheld biscuit. We dare you to only eat one.

  1. Preheat the oven to 400º F.
  2. Use a food processor to rice the cauliflower, or finely chop into rice size pieces. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  3. Sauté the cauliflower, jalapeño, bacon, garlic, salt, and pepper for about 7 minutes to get the cauliflower cooking. Remove from heat, and stir in the eggs, flour, cheese, and other add-ins.
  4. Scoop big spoonful’s or use a 1/4 cup measuring cup to form biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the biscuits at 400ºF for 35-40 minutes, or until they look browned. Let cool 3-5 minutes and enjoy! Can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge and reheated as needed.
