Spend all day at the beach, then come back home to this amazing salad! Well, even if you AREN'T hitting the beach, making this cobb will take you to a warm, sunny day! Nothing beats fresh, homemade dressing with clean ingredients. For the salad, there's major protein with the chicken and nuts, along with a nice mix of colors with the greens, grapes (purple or green) and avocado. And bacon, yum. Need we say more?!

Ingredients
HERB VINAIGRETTE
- 2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp garlic minced
- 4 Tbsp lemon juice fresh
- 2 Tbsp lemon zest grated
- 2 Tbsp assorted herbs (eg - parsley, basil, marjoram, thyme)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 Cup olive oil extra virgin
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- black pepper to taste
SALAD
- 1 Head romaine lettuce roughly torn
- 4 chicken breasts baked and sliced
- 2 Pieces bacon fully cooked and crumbed
- 1/2 Cup grapes cut in half
- 1/4 Cup walnuts
- 1/4 Cup celery chopped
- 1/2 avocado sliced lengthwise

Instructions
- Assemble salad from ingredients and put in 4 bowls, or save leftovers.
- To make the dressing, combine all ingredients in a food processor until fully emulsified.
