- 1 Medium banana frozen
- 1 Tbsp almond butter or pure nut butter of your choice
- 1 Tbsp almond milk or milk of choice, you can add more if needed

Instructions
- Place frozen banana, milk and nut butter in a food processor or blender. It may help to let your banana defrost a few minutes before preparing. Then blend 20-30 seconds until a smooth ice cream like batter is formed. If it seems too thick, you can add a little more milk in.
- Transfer to dish and enjoy! Feel free to get creative with some healthy toppings and fresh fruit.
