- 1 Pound brussel sprouts
- 2 Pieces bacon nitrate free (optional ingredient)
- 3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper

- Preheat oven to 375 F. Slice brussel sprouts in half and discard stems. Chop bacon into small pieces.
- In a bowl combine oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Then toss in brussel sprouts and evenly coat in liquid mixture. Finally, add in chopped bacon and mix together entire mixture.
- Transfer brussel sprout mixture to a lined or greased cookie sheet and spread out in a single layer. Bake 25-30 minutes until slightly crispy, turning the pan about half way through.
