- 2 Lbs butternut squash carefully cut into cubes
- 15 Slices bacon nitrate-free, organic
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- black pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 F.
- Put the squash in a big bowl and sprinkle with the spice powders and pepper.
- Cut each slice of bacon in half, and wrap around each squash cube.
- Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes. Carefully flip each piece over and bake for another 20 minutes.
- If you would like the bacon to crisp, set over to broil and leave in an additional 2-3 minutes.
