  1. Peel the hard boiled eggs, cut the eggs in half and scoop the yolks into a side bowl. Place egg white halves back on a plate.
  2. Mix all ingredients except paprika into the egg yolks to create a filling.
  3. Scoop the filling into each egg white and garnish with paprika.
