AVOCADO DEVILED EGGS

We simply cannot get enough of these insanely good deviled eggs! Instead of using mayonnaise or other traditional fillers, we've chosen heart healthy avocado to mix in with the yolk. This adds more healthy fat, brings on creamy texture, and boosts the flavor and color on these hand held cuties. If bringing to a party as an app, double the recipe, just trust us. These'll go QUICKLY!

  • 4 eggs hard boiled
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 Tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp sour cream full fat
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • paprika to garnish
Prep Time 30 minutes
Cook Time 20 minutes

Instructions
  1. Peel the hard boiled eggs, cut the eggs in half and scoop the yolks into a side bowl. Place egg white halves back on a plate.
  2. Mix all ingredients except paprika into the egg yolks to create a filling.
  3. Scoop the filling into each egg white and garnish with paprika.
