Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl. In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients. Slowly mix the wet ingredients into the dry, but don’t over mix. Pour 2 Tbsp of batter into a pan to form pancakes. Cook pancakes on an oiled/buttered pan, on low-medium, until bubbles form, flipping each pancake once.
Heat a pan on medium with butter or ghee and let it melt, adding everything else but the walnuts. Once the apples become soft, add walnuts. Place topping over pancakes and enjoy.
