Pre Reset Small Group Nutrition Coaching

Work with Nutrition Coach and VFit Trainer Maria as she works with a small group before we kick off the reset to go through some nutrition essentials. A kitchen clean up, work on meal planning, and learn strategies to optimize healthy eating and dive into the infamous Recipe Rolodex.
Food = fuel and this small group session will help build the base to get your Wellness Reset off on the right foot and nail your food pillar moving forward.
This session will run November 9th - 15th.

In this special one week pre-reset session, you will:
// be part of a private Facebook group with daily activities and tips shared by Maria, your nutrition coach, to work through and learn strategies for better nutrition, the group will remain open through the duration of the 2 week reset for any continued support, tips, and resources
// learn more about the following major topics covered: kitchen clean up by way of clearing out your fridge, freezer, and pantry with a discerning eye on reading expiration dates, ingredients lists, and overall location and placement of food items), meal planning strategies, building your core recipe list, and getting to know the Recipe Rolodex
// receive daily emails with tips and inspiration that correlate to the day's activity and theme to reinforce concepts
// have access to live (recorded and then made available on demand) cooking videos of some of the most popular Recipe Rolodex recipes with explanations on how the dish provides healthy fuel for your body (going through overall concept of healthy fats, lean protein, and carbohydrate breakdown)
// be a part of a group session where you can learn from one another through the course of the week and build a foundation to build healthy habits around nutrition, meal planning and prep, and have a better handle on your kitchen basics and recipes
Learn the basics of meal planning. Find a good balance of eating with the 80/20 rule.

Take the full week before the Wellness Reset and really hone in on the food pillar with this small group coaching session. Get to know your kitchen, reading labels, meal planning, and the infamous recipe rolodex in this special one week pre-reset session.
This session will run in a private Facebook Group with daily posts and information to help you get the most out of your food as fuel. We will interact and I'll share a realistic approach to upgrading your nutrition with a focus on clean eating, meal planning, and finding a balance that works for you and your family.
This session will run November 9th - November 15th.

Maria is our resident New England Trainer and VFit's Director of Operations.

"Growing up in New England, I was very active in competitive sports from a young age.
In college, I began taking group fitness classes and enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere, where my appreciation for group exercise began.
As an adult, I have pushed my physical limits with marathons, bikram yoga, Crossfit and enjoying the outdoors with hiking, snowboarding and sailing.
With two young children, it was difficult for me to find time to fit in my exercise and I was thrilled once I found the online training platform of VFit.
Being able to execute the full workout (commute included) in just 30 minutes was a total game changer.
In my classes, I am taking a little bit of everything from my experience in team sports, to the new moves and challenging routines I’m learning as a group fitness instructor.
I look forward to challenge my students to push themselves during their classes and take that drive with them through the rest of their day."
