We use "zoodles" in this recipe, but feel free to use spaghetti squash or any noodles your prefer - or try using mashed cauli. If you end up with extra sauce, you can freeze or whip up more zoodles to soak the goodness up. London broil is a less expensive piece of meat which cooks up well when cooked in recipes like this. Feel free to use any steak cut you prefer.
