Do not let this huge list of ingredients and steps scare you off of one AHH!-mazing Greek dish. This is one to set aside some time, and help, and put right in there on your meal planner and envision yourself off at a Greek taverna in Santorini whiling away during sunset. If you are able to, you can make the chicken while you make the other components, just carefully read the instructions and steps to make sure you don't miss anything important in the process. In the end, this is simply marinated chicken, souped up fries, and a cucumber garlic sauce. Make this dish and report back!
