Smoothies are an excellent way to seriously pack in a ton of nutrition! Just look at this ingredient list...it's a bit long, but for a moment, imagine sitting at a table eating each ingredient individually. You'd never think to eat spinach for breakfast, or be downing a spoonful of a superfood like spirulina, would you? This also has potassium and electrolyte rich coconut water as part of the liquid base, along with more potassium found in the banana. The list of benefits is MAJOR.
