BEACH COBB WITH HERB VINAIGRETTE

Spend all day at the beach, then come back home to this amazing salad! Well, even if you AREN'T hitting the beach, making this cobb will take you to a warm, sunny day! Nothing beats fresh, homemade dressing with clean ingredients. For the salad, there's major protein with the chicken and nuts, along with a nice mix of colors with the greens, grapes (purple or green) and avocado. And bacon, yum. Need we say more?!

IMMUNE BOOSTING BONE BROTH

This is a great staple to have on hand to keep your immunity high. Bone broth provides vital minerals and nutrients. Use as a soup base, or enjoy a cup a day to keep you healthy and feeling great!! This recipe is great to use up leftover bones after roasting a chicken.

HEALTHY CHICKEN SALAD

There's so much nutrition in this fresh take on chicken salad. We have protein packed chicken, then even more protein with the Greek yogurt (and a probiotic boost to boot! You don't get that from classic mayo!). We've also added in a wonderful and easy spice mix for that yogurt dressing and added a bit of sweetness from some halved grapes. We suggest topping this over some sprouted bed and adding in calcium rich, cancer fighting, mood and immune boosting watercress on top. Food is indeed medicine with this recipe.

TUNA SALAD STUFFED BELL PEPPER

This is a great and quick lunch recipe. It travels well and requires no silverware. Fresh and tasty! This has been a fan favorite for years! Feel free to get creative with your tuna add in's. You can also use chopped chicken if you prefer.

POT ROAST

We love a good pot roast and we also love easy cooking! This recipe is the best of both worlds. Easily done in a crock pot or dutch oven. Great for the meat eaters in your family! We do recommend getting high quality grass fed beef, that is organic if possible.
