CACAO MINT PROTEIN SMOOTHIE

Ladies and gents: Meet the Cacao Mint Chip Protein Smoothie. Just a couple quick fun facts about the mighty cacao bean to get you all excited n’ stuff: 1. It’s one of the most antioxidant rich foods on the planet. 2. In its raw form (= “nibs”), Cacao is unprocessed and does not contain any sugar. 3. It contains over 300 compounds including fiber, iron, magnesium, AND a “bliss” chemical that has a unique resemblance to TCH (don’t worry, you won’t get a buzz. But expect a good mood.)

CHOCOLATE AVOCADO PUDDING

While this might sound like a less-than-appetizing combination, you can take our word for it that it is absolutely delicious. Your family and guests will swoon over this rich and yummy dessert, that can double as a power snack. The avocado is undetectable but adds an amazing creaminess and is an easy way to sneak NUTRIENTS into DESSERT, that no one will be the wiser. *Note- serve these the day they are made to prevent oxidation of the avocados.

EASY TRAIL MIX

You can really mix this up, but here's a great starting point for a no bake trail mix. Make this ahead of time and stash a serving in your car, or purse, for when you are on the go and need a nutrient boost. You can always take an extra step and lightly toast this trail mix in a low temp oven (keep nibs out, then add once toasted) for about 10 minutes at 250 F as well.

NO BAKE TRAIL MIX BREAKFAST COOKIES

Raise your hand if you want cookies for breakfast! Yep, that’s what we thought. These cookies can technically be eaten any time of day, but we figure why not with a big cup of coffee when the sun comes up? They’re loaded with fiber, omegas, and antioxidants. Adding a bowl of berries to this breakfast will take you to Nutrient Superstar status! Cookies can be stored for 4-5 days in an airtight container or frozen for up to 3 months.

PEANUT BUTTER POWER FOOD GRANOLA

With a title like this, need we say much? This is a nutritious and delicious breakfast or grab and go snack. You can pour milk over it and eat it like cereal, stir some into your morning yogurt to make a parfait, or simply package it to go like any granola and enjoy on the go. When you pack your oatmeal with a lot of healthy fat and protein, you'll stay away from HANGRY for hours to come.

Almond Butter Stuffed Dates

Repeat after us, fat is GOOD. We mean it! Your body absolutely needs fat. Good fat gives your body energy, supports cell growth (hello, muscles!), helps produce hormones, curb cravings, helps insulate our organs and so much more. Omega 3 healthy fats are found in almonds and almond butter. Dates are a sweet natural snack and are high in fiber, minerals, and will help give a quick energy boost! And if that's not enough, we like to sprinkle these with some cacao nibs - if you have them on hand - for a nice crunch and to give a nice antioxidant boost! All that from this simple snack that comes together in less than 60 seconds.
