BLUEBERRY AND KALE SMOOTHIE

APPLE BERRY CRUMBLE

Adapted fro a recipe of Miriam Pascal's over at Overtime Cook, we can't get enough of this apple berry crumble. Combining the tartness of blueberries, sweetness of strawberries, and crisp apples gives this crumble a filling you'll soon NOT forget. Using coconut or date sugar in the crumble adds a wonderful caramel hint!

QUINOA PORRIDGE WITH BLUEBERRIES, PEACHES, AND WALNUTS

Tired of the same ol' boring oatmeal day after day? This healthy spin on a warm comfort breakfast is a great way to freshen up your breakfast. This recipe was adapted from Closet Cooking. The nuts add a healthy dose of fat which will keep you full and satisfied. If you aren't going to top with raw nuts, scoop a tablespoon of peanut or nut butter into the porridge to help fill you up.

MARINADED STEAK SALAD

This salad is not your average salad and is FULL of flavor that packs an incredible nutrient load to your body. You can get creative with your own salad toppings. TRIPLE BERRY

We love berries and we know you do too! They happen to be very high in antioxidants, add a great dose of vitamins, have great flavor and are lower in sugar than most fruit. In this smoothie, we are adding some greens from the spinach and healthy fat from avocado to make sure this smoothie keeps you fueled for your busy day ahead. The slivered almonds and basil kick this basic smoothie up a notch!
