BULLETPROOF COFFEE

We came up with VFit Squad's version of bulletproof coffee and this isn't your average cup of joe! This coffee is filled with plenty of flavor and healthy fats to keep your brain on full drive all day long. This coffee makes a wonderful start to your day. Feel free to omit butter. Some VFit Squad members like adding a little collagen powder in this to help stave off muscle soreness too with all the workouts they get in at the VFit Studio. Last but not least (wow, how much can we say about this recipe, right?) we highly recommend a hand held milk frother if this is something you find yourself making daily. Easy clean up and super simple to use.

BANANA “MOCK” ICE CREAM

I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream!!! While we have no problem with a little ice cream in moderation, you may not feel great after chowing down a pint a night. If you crave a little after dinner treat, this "mock" ice cream is sure to do the trick. With just 2-3 ingredients (and any toppings if you choose), it's simple to whip up AND packs some healthy fat and essential minerals from the banana. You go from no ice cream, to banana ice cream in just 5 minutes!

EASY QUINOA SCONES AND CHIA JAM

CARAMEL APPLE DIPPERS

Caramel is SOOO good...and it's almost always just high fructose corn syrup if you are having it out of the house, along with some dye to make it caramel colored. Thanks, but not thanks. We've developed a rich caramel dipping sauce using the sweetness of dates long with vanilla extract, and some added healthy fat from coconut oil, to make a dip that will not only be a crowd pleaser, but is also good for you! Sliced pears would also taste fantastic with this dip, too!
