The short answer - A yoga mat's worth of space, an internet connection, and a laptop, tablet or smart phone.
Our goal at VFit is to take away all the excuses that have kept you from working out in the past, and make it possible to join our classes from virtually anywhere, with minimal space.
There are some classes that recommend weights, which you can see in the class description.
However you can always test the classes out without them.
We provide music playlists with each class if you would like to stream our playlists, or you can play any music of your choice.
All classes are exactly 30 minutes long, and not a minute more. Our Speed Slide class is only 15 minutes.
We respect your time and how busy your life is, and promise that all classes will start and end as scheduled.
We are the masters of EFFECTIVE fitness and will knock your socks off with what we can deliver in 30 minutes.
With our UNLIMITED Membership, you are able to take as many classes as your schedule and body allows.
We pride ourselves on the diversity in our classes where you can find your highest intensity classes, to your sculpting classes, to your restorative classes, Dance and more!
We believe a well rounded fitness routine is the key to success and to avoid boredom.
Try different classes and find the ones your mind and body enjoy most.
We stack a lot of the classes back to back, for those that are looking for longer periods of exercise.
However, we are confident that with consistency and commitment you can see and feel results with just 30 minutes a day.
If you have been cleared by a medical professional to exercise and are physically up to the challenge, we say yes!
Since these are LIVE classes, you are able to communicate with the instructors and receive live feedback on form.
All classes will be provided with progressions and modifications of all moves.
We ask that you use a device with a webcam so that we are able to monitor form and keep everyone safe.
Plus it’s fun to see your team across the country sweating it out with you (don’t worry, you appear very small on their screens!).

Your body is a gift and you ability to move should never be taken for granted.
Every journey begins with that first step, and we invite you to take that step with our fully supportive and inclusive team.
After you have created an account and loaded the FREE week pass above, you will go to our online schedule, or Exclusive VFit App and book the classes you wish to take (please only book classes you plan to take as there is limited space in each class).
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL CLASSES ARE LISTED IN PACIFIC STANDARD TIME AND TO ADJUST TO YOUR TIME ZONE IF NOT ON THE WEST COAST.
You will need to sign up for classes at least 8 hours prior to class start time.
You can review your class reservations under the "my account" tab on the website.
Within a few hours of your class, you will be sent an email confirmation with the details of how to log into your upcoming class with just a few clicks of the mouse.
